I have the child themes plugin and I have managed to add new CSS before.

I was trying to add new CSS and it hasn’t worked, whereas previously I pasted the CSS and it just worked, I had no reason to go any further, so I have three questions:

    1. If I want to find where the new code that I entered is which hasn’t worked, where do I look? As I’m not even sure it has been added?
    2. How do I edit CSS code already entered?
    3. How do I delete CSS code already entered?

If I go into the Baseline Styles, this file is not editable.
If I go to the Child Styles this says “The stylesheet cannot be displayed.
    I don’t understand Property/Value?

    Please help.

The theme I am running is Sydney

What I am trying to achieve is to add an image below the add to cart button, as per this one: https://www.bowraven.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/safebuy-logo-blue-150w.jpg

    With the following code:

Hi – let’s ask one question at a time with this.

I had already watched the tutorials, but have since watched them again – thank you.

So my first question is – where do I find the changes I have already made to my child theme?

This is not obvious from the videos

i.e. I want to be able to see just the changes I’ve made

    Thank you

    I agree. It isn’t obvious.

I’m looking at what’s under the Query/Selector tab. I somehow managed to create a new rule for a class—and save it.

But how do I create another one?

And how to edit each one subsequently?

Should I just stick to editing the downloaded local copy of my child theme stylesheet—locally, and FTP it up after I make changes?

I’m very grateful for this plug-in by the way. Because I haven’t a clue hwo to create a child theme in the new way with WP enqueuing or whatever.

I’m just confused like the O.P.

    Hm. Try this:

    Under ‘where are the styles’

I think i get it now.
