I don’t understand the setup options

    I’m using a photo editor to manually resize and convert all my images to this webp format, and I was excited to add this plugin. But sadly, I’m not a programmer, and I don’t understand the options for installation. I’m sure I can learn what it all means, but there goes the time I was trying to save. =(
