I don’t use heading tags for my sub headings, is there a way available ?

  • Hello there, firstly thanks for this awesome plugin.

    I don’t use any heading tags for my headings, I use <strong></strong> for headings on my page. Is there any option or way available by using code snippet to choose headings from <strong></strong> instead for heading tags? Is yes, then please provide me that code.

    I don’t use <strong></strong> anywhere else in my content so there will not be any issue, I only use <strong></strong> for my headings.

  • You are misusing HTML. Use the tags, such as heading tags (h1, h2…h6) to mark up what an element is, e.g. <h1>This is my highest level heading</h1>. Use CSS to attach styles to elements.

    The tag strong indicates an important piece of text, cf. to the tag em. It does not indicate a heading.

    So my advice is to run a search and replace to have proper tags for headings.
