I don’t want appointment to be in pending if they haven’t paid

  • Hello,I only want appointments to be added if the user has paid. At the moment people are clicking confirm but not paying which is booking out that time slot. How can I stop this? Is there a way to skip the ‘confirmation’ step and go straight to paying?

    Hi @tish2uk,

    Apologies for the late response here ??

    You can go to Appointments > Settings > General and in there set “Disable pending appointments after (mins)” option to 0 and that will disable pending appointments.
