I don't want blog posts showing on my newsletter

I have list of subscribers to my blog (blog entries are emailed to them), but I just downloaded Newsletter with the intention of having a separate subscribers list for those who want to subscribe to my newsletter only, not related to my blog. I don’t want my blog posts listed on this weekly/monthly newsletter. Any suggestions as to how to achieve this would be appreciated.
