I don't want it to touch WooCommerce products

There are 2 ways to achieve that:

1) Try to Hide the Re-order interface for Products through Settings > Post Types Order

2) use the pto/posts_orderby filter, an example of usage can be found at https://www.nsp-code.com/ignore-sort-apply-for-certain-query-on-post-types-order/

Thanks, I fixed it with the second way you mentioned. I tried the first way first, but it didn’t work for some reason.
