I don’t want my posts mirrored but it’s doing it anyways!

Hi,

I had a post at the URL https://www.howtoseduction.com/seduction/approaching-women/how-to-make-a-girl-smile/how-to-make-a-girl-smile/

but because the url was too long I decided to change the structure of my site & post so it points to https://www.howtoseduction.com/approaching-women/how-to-make-a-girl-smile/
instead.

The problem is that Google is still sending to the old URL and even though I changed the URL, deleted the category the post still shows up!

I’m confused because the post is now at the new location AND at the old one, giving me duplicate content. I want the old one to no longer work so when Google scans it, it finds a 404.

As a short term solution, I set up a block on that directory in my robot.txt
