I don’t want popup to close

    Hi

    I was spent hours to understand why my popup close when I click out on any point of the web page. I look for popup settings and I think it’s setted correctly (close on conversion? = NO) and cookie duration value is ‘0’.

    Please, I need a popup remains permanently (is a contact floating button)

    Hi @luisgautoria,
    Popups are meant to be closed by default to not affect user experience.
    What you are looking is to disable advanced closing methods, which includes clicking outside or pressing ESC key. But for that you will need premium version as is not included in the lite.
