I don’t want to use the offloaded image in the html meta

  • I set the search appearance using the seopress plugin, but after using the offload, the link is forced to change to this format, and Google crawlers don’t seem to be able to access image files like this, which is currently causing the icon to be lost in Google search results.

    Please advise how to deal with this, thanks.

    Hi @jj2023,

    The plugin should not replace anything in the head portion of the page. Are you doing full offload?

    Sorry, I am using the all in one seo plugin, you can install this plugin, set the logo in the search appearance, and then you can see the meta link.

    I modified the code to add file name judgement for exclusion here, the
    I strongly suggest the plugin can add the exclude function, this can solve most of the problems.

    How can I offload the background image?

    I’m using Slider Revolution and I view the source code image in the background image, how do I set it to be offloaded
    in the background image, how do I set it to be offloaded?

    Background images are not yet supported. This is something that should be ready for the upcoming version.
