I enabled WP MS on my blog and need help trying to map a sub domain

  • I recently enabled WP MS on my new installation of WP 3.2.1. I chose the sub domain structure and enabled the wild card sub domain on my host. I added a new site and are trying to map it to a different domain. The domain has been added to my host and pointed to the sub dir, however the sub dir does not load anything? Any help would be appreciated.
