I expected great. I got awesome.

I tried other wordpress based ticketing systems and then found Support Candy. It’s a great product. Fairly easy to setup which is great because the documentation is probably the only thing that lets the product down.
Having said that, the support team a very helpful and get tickets answered and/or resolved very quickly.
