I found a crazy bug in TOC

    I suddenly wondered why some headings don’t work in Table of Content.
    The problem is that the umlauts ?, ü, ? are not recognised. However, these do occur in the German language.
    I have just tried it out on a test domain and the error also occurs.
    Name a heading “This is a test for” and the section no longer works.
