I get 404 errors for a wordpress page. I can't find the error to change it

  • I keep getting the following as a soft 404 error and a not found error;

    wp/forums/users/Tony%20Webb//

    1. I don’t know why it doesn’t work although it could be a gap between Tony and Webb which causes the %20 .
    2. I can’t find the page in my dashboard to see if that is the problem.

    How can I get rid of this error?
