It is hardened as if freezing

Once you delete the plugin it will recover.
Reinstalling will freeze in the same place even though you have not installed it.

1. Disable all of your plugins, except for WPP.
2. Go to the Widgets section to see if the problem persists.
3. Check your home page to see if the issue persists.
4. Report back your findinds.

I will report it because I solved it in a certain way.

Install similar WP-PostViews
WP-PostViews worked normally.
Then wordpress popular posts also started normally.
Then stop WP-PostViews.

Currently wordpress popular posts are working properly.

I do not know the deep part but for the time being
I will do with this.
