I get this “UTC time offset: 1” when I click on next to calculate astral chart

    I get this “UTC time offset: 1” when I click on next to calculate the astral chart.
    Tip: Make sure the UTC time offset is correct. If it’s wrong, you can change it.
    How can I solve that? I changed the time but still with the same problem.
