I got a "warning" and now cant access WordPress

    Dear friend.
    I am new to WordPress and have been trying to install a theme from StudioPress.Its been a bit of a nightmare.
    In the process i got the following.
    Help!.
    As a result, every time i try to get into my WordPress account and dashboard, the message below comes up.
    Can you help?.

  • THANK YOU James. I opened the hyper link and downloaded FileZilla however when it attempts to connect to the server it asks for an adminsistration password and I don’t know what to enter. HELP

    You need to enter you host account user name and password

    I’m sorry to be so misinformed BUT I don’t know what the host account is? Is this something I creating?

    if you are setting up a wordpress on own domain name then you must have a host account (server) to install self hosted website.

    Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know your FTP login details.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH ALL! I contacted my host as you directed and the problem was resolve. I’ve learned a lot in these last few sleepness night! and this is JUST the beginning. Thank you again for taking the time to help me.
