    Hi, I need urgent help,

    I got issue my customer did paid and i got payment also but on order page some order can be missing and order number too.

    can u please anyone help me i need urgent help

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue of missing orders and order numbers. This is very unusual.

    Could you please confirm the method of payment that the customer used? Also, did it only happen to a single customer or has it ever happened with different customers?

    Kindly reach out to your customer and confirm if they received any emails about the placed order.
