I got the sidebar to the left.. but footer is now the problem

  • Hey I am editing the classic theme. Im very new to css and the likes but I am able to understand enough to edit.

    I was able to get the sidebar to the left by editing the classics stylesheet and adding the float:left and float:right for the sidebar and content but now the footer is stuck on top. can anybody help this noob out ??

    sorry let me add one more thing. Once I added float:right to my content its now stuck on the right side of the screen. How would I edit it so it would be right next to the sidebar . If I don’t add the float it goes right under the header.

    ok i added padding-right 341 and it seemed to fix the footer problem but when i go to comments the sidebar is at the bottom of the page.

    nvm im talking to myself here i just dl’d the benevolance theme and ill work around that..
