I guess error in custom field image plugin

Hi, I am using custom field image to display images thumbnail on the main page and in the post. But the images are not coming as the size i choose in the setting instead it is coming as it original size.. Its coming very big.. Do you know anyother plugin or is there any issue with this plugin
