• I have a primary domain with Godaddy (let’s call it https://www.main.com) and two other domains within the same hosting solution provided by Godaddy (let’s call them https://www.domain2.com and https://www.domain3.com). I managed to install WP on https://www.domain3.com, it works like a charm. The problem is with https://www.domain2.com. For some reason it looks like I installed wp on the root of the primary domain https://www.main.com, instead of doing as I did with https://www.domain3.com. The WP site worked fine but it was blocking the normal functioning of the HTML site on https://www.main.com. So I wanted to do something to let the html site on https://www.main.com display as normal and “move” somehow the WP site from there and put it where it was supposed to be: in the folder wwww.domain2.com. That’s where all of my problems started. Getting the WP files out of the root directory of https://www.main.com at last the https://www.main.com html site displayed as it used to but there was no way to have the WP site of https://www.domain2.com display. After much trial and error I managed to restore the WP site on the root of https://www.main.com, recreating the situation I had at the beginning: no html wwww.main.com but WP https://www.domain2.com site was on and working…at least I thought so! The following day none of the links that worked a few hours before were working (!?). No matter what, only the home page was displayed and I wasn’t able to enter the dashboard because even though I tried to log in the wp-admin file didn’t seem to work, or maybe WP couldn’t find it anymore. Now, after other attempts that I’m afraid worsened the situation, I can’t even have the home page shown. I really don’t know what to do at this point. Is there any way to restore it, or save the content of the site without entering the dashboard? Please help, I’m desperate!
