Hello! I’m running WP 4.6 with PHP 7.0 and your plugin v2.0 was unable to send any email. I reinstalled it, to no avail. My only option was to downgrade to 1.47.

BTW, this have been found in the public_html php errorlog (lots of lines like this):

[19-Oct-2016 15:33:45 UTC] WordPress database error Table 'mysite_dbwp.wp_mail_bank_meta' doesn't exist for query SELECT meta_value FROM wp_mail_bank_meta
    				WHERE meta_key IN('settings','email_configuration') made by require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), do_action('init'), user_functions_for_mail_bank

and others like this one in the wp-admin folder php errorlog:

[19-Oct-2016 15:33:45 UTC] WordPress database error Table 'mysite_dbwp.wp_mail_bank_meta' doesn't exist for query SELECT meta_value FROM wp_mail_bank_meta
    				WHERE meta_key IN('settings','email_configuration') made by require_once('wp-admin/admin.php'), require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), do_action('init'), user_functions_for_mail_bank

    Any workaround or fix?

I downgraded from version 2.0.1, so… some issues are still live.
I will test it in more sites and environments just to be sure, but on PHP 7 with Amazon SES as SMTP, it was unable to send emails.
