I have 2 wordpress accounts but I only need one

I a problem, when my first wordpress was created by my web designer, now i manage my own site account i got hostager the original company I bought my domain name to manage my site.

last week i wanted to create a persoanl email address when it didnt work i was told to change my name server which I did but this cause problems with my site, that i could login into my wordpress to admend my site. I was advise to create another wordpress account which i know I know now was the wrong information, so I create a wordpress with the same domain name has my old wordpress. This has cause more problems now i could not see my old site at all.

I emailed hostgatar again the told me that I need to change my name server back to the original then i will get my site back. I followed their instruction changed my name server back to the original but on my laptop still I am only getting my new wordpress site mychloeharris.com but on my Ipad I am getting the correct old wordpress. I have cleared my laptop and still getting the wrong information. And when i log into my account I can only log into my new account.

I know wordpress states that the cant delete an account. The reason i want to delete is because the 2 sites with one domain name is confusing and I only need the original account created in November. I want to deleted the site created on the 4th of April which has create all the problems with my site.
