I have a fatal error

    I was trying to establish my child theme and after putting up the functions php in my child something is completely jacked up. I can’t even login to change the theme and I deleted what I did trying to fix the problem to no avail. I’m a newbie at this please help. Below is the error message I am receiving please point me in the right direction to fix.

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Cannot redeclare class responsive_widget_menu_class in /home/content/70/10864770/html/wp-content/themes/responsive/functions.php on line 12
