I have a hard time understanding what WP is.

    Can someone tell me if WP is a server side blogger? Basically, I want my users to be able to register on my site and create their own blogs. I’ve downloaded WP and tested it, but It’s very confusing. In the user menu, I add authors and users were able to post to my blog… what am I missing?

    I basically need something that acts like this: https://jroller.com/ jroller allows anyone to register and create their own blogs.

    WordPress isn’t that. If you want something along those lines, in PHP, you might try Drupal, though it’s not exactly aimed at being blog-hosting-in-a-box.

    Yeah, this is not what you’re looking for.
    I’m presently offering Weblogs for users of my site, and every time someone signs up, I get to spend 15 minutes putting it together for ’em.
