I am using a full width menu module in Divi at the top of the page but above that menu, on all but the home page, there is a menu indicated by three short horizontal lines that activates a slide in menu from the right.
I didn’t put it there and don’t know how to remove it. I am pretty new to WordPress and have gone through every item one by one but am no wiser.
Thank you in advance for your help.

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thanks Matthew, being new to WordPress I didn’t know if this was an issue related to WordPress itself rather than the theme. I will do as you suggest and check out the elegant themes Divi forum.
    Best wishes, Anthony.
