    I’ve been a customer of Orion’s Visual Product Configurator for the past three years. However, recent price increases coupled with ongoing unresolved core issues have left me seeking a more suitable solution for our needs.

    We specialize in selling custom stickers, and we aim to provide our customers with a simple yet effective tool to customize their stickers based on skin tone, hairstyle, and clothing accessories.

    One critical feature we’re looking for in a product configurator is the ability for customers to download a flattened image of the product they’ve designed after completing their purchase. This download option should be conveniently accessible within their account.

    Could you please inform me if your product offers such a feature? We’re eager to explore alternatives that align with our requirements and provide an improved experience for our customers. 

    We have a big launch coming at the end of this month at a conference we are attending. 

    Do you have something in your product now that would allow a customer to download an image of a product they built? The download should be available in their account.  

    Additionally, if you have any pricing information or can arrange a demonstration, that would be very helpful in our decision-making process.
