i have a problem to access to wp admin network in wordpress multisite

Hello

i have the error of “403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!” on my website. 

This problem only appears when trying to login to the admin network. because my website is multisite

All pages and links work perfectly except this page https://mannzely.com/wp-admin/network/

Note: I tried disabling the plugins and deleted file “.htaccess”, but the problem was not solved
