I have A problem with the plugin

  • Hello,

    I am on WordPress Multisite and I installed the plugin on just one of my sites for testing purposes. I then deactivated the plugin and now I want to delete it, but I am given the following message on a whote screen:

    Impossible to erase plugin settings in multisite mode – need to done site by site before erasing folder !

    Please can you tell me how to delete plugin files from my installation? Or is that possible?
    It was overall ok but it was just not suiting my purposes. Now I need it deleted please! ??

    Helloo again,

    Is there any way you can help with this problem? Why I am still NOT able to delete the plugin on a Multisite installation? Even though it is totally deactivated on each blog, the message says I cannot delete it:

    “need to done site by site before erasing folder !”

    What’s the issue? It’s the first time I see such a thing with a plugin at all.

    It is simple, on a multisite installation, on each instance, you deactivate the plugin and after you can delete the plugin via ftp…
    This procedure is set to avoid unwanted side effects on multisite farm of websites.

    Note that by using reviews feed is not good… the support forum is far better…
