• Hello,

I’m having problems with A New Theme. I couldn’t find a Support Forum for Themes and Plugins to post in so please update me with a link if there is one. I have related questions about 2 Separate Pages so I put my links in the Post.

I started a Site called MyWordpress and used the WooCommerce Plugin. I activated a Theme called Storefront. When I tried to change Themes, I misunderstood how to do that. I know how to do that now. But in the meantime, I deleted the Storefront Theme because I didn’t know how to deactivate it. I currently have eCommerce WP as my Theme. But I am left with 2 Problems

1-On the Let’s Get Started Section on the WooCommerce Home Page, STEP 2 has been completed already and I don’t know to undo it. I’d like to go through all the steps properly.

2-On the Products Page there are Products that I don’t want to be there. It looks like the Products Page is still left over from the Storefront Theme.

I see a notification for an Update, but I’m waiting for an answer before Updating anything. I’m also going to create a New Site from Scratch while I wait for an answer.

Thanks for your help with this Post.

  • Hey there,

As for setting up the WooCommerce and changing the theme, it still uses the same styling as it was already done before, this means the whole WooCommerce needs to be reset.

The same goes for the products, if only the theme is changed, it would try using the styling from the previous theme, just use the details on the new theme.

Some themes do have an import demo feature, which would set everything up for you as the theme is shown.

    Hope this answers your query.
