I have a serious problem

I had to change the computer i was logging in my site with, and could not remember the password, so I changed the password and now when I log in all of my side bar is gone most of my dashboard is gone and I cannot add any new posts. I am very illiterate when it comes to this stuff, but i do not understand what or why this happened. PLEASE HELP!
