I have an extra redirect going on somehow…please help!

  • So, my website is https://wwsmag.com

    That redirects to https://wwsmag.com/updates automatically.

    If you try something like https://wwsmag.com/updates/asdfsafsadf

    you get this message “You tried going to https://wwsmag.com/updates/updates/asdfsafsadf and it doesn’t exist. All is not lost! You can click back and try again or search for what you’re looking for:”

    Why is there an extra updates going on there? Sometimes when I go to other places, I get an infinite redirect loop of redirects error message.

    I called goDaddy and they told me, somehow, somewhere, wordpress created its own redirect in one of your files, because wordpress is capable of this…

    How can I find where it is?

  • I can not reproduce the problem.
    If you still have it, might help to see the contents of your .htaccess
