• I have purchased the pro version of weforms. I was advised by the WeDev team to send an email to ‘[email protected]’. I did that 2 days ago and sadly, I still haven’t received any response even after a follow-up mail ??

    I’ve done all the configuration as per your documentation but the plugin isn’t sending any notification to the email address configured. I’ve sent you detailed information with a screenshot to [ support email deleted ]. Can you please check that mail and let me know what I have to do to get that working?

    However, there might be a chance we did not get your email. Could you please let me know what ticket number was assigned to your email? You should have received an auto-responder with that information, along with our turnaround times and notices.

    If you cannot find it, please reach back out and we’ll go from there to plan b.

    The author can’t assist you here or field this topic here at all.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
