I have an issue receiving notifications

I have purchased the pro version of weforms. I was advised by the WeDev team to send an email to ‘[email protected]’. I did that 2 days ago and sadly, I still haven’t received any response even after a follow-up mail ??
I’ve done all the configuration as per your documentation but the plugin isn’t sending any notification to the email address configured. I’ve sent you detailed information with a screenshot to [ support email deleted ]. Can you please check that mail and let me know what I have to do to get that working?
