I have an issue with AR members plugin to upload photo.

I have an issue with AR members plugin. I have profile forms on my website. In the starting, no problem to upload photo, but now when I choose a file (any file, I tried with different extension, different sizes). No photo shown in (Use Cropper to set image and use mouse scroller for zoom image.) box. But if I uploaded any photo from admin site then the Logged in User is able to upload his photo by deleting this photo (uploaded by admin) and photo is shown in (Use Cropper to set image and use mouse scroller for zoom image.) box.

I don’t know why it was working and now it’s not working. I want a beautiful member directory so the profile picture is not an option. I don’t know what to do. Thanks for your help.
