I have been billed twice and still no purchase made

Hi there, first of all I have purchased your plugin today, it gave me an error and asked me to try again which I did. I have received a message from my bank that I have been billed twice for the same thing (the 99$ plan). I tried to go to the contact page which was “404” and your support is only available for those who purchased. guess what I’ve purchased but it says on my account page that “You have not made any purchases”. So please sort your website out and refund me one of the payments and give me access to the download as I need the plugin. Many thanks .. Ahmed
