    Hi there, first of all I have purchased your plugin today, it gave me an error and asked me to try again which I did. I have received a message from my bank that I have been billed twice for the same thing (the 99$ plan). I tried to go to the contact page which was “404” and your support is only available for those who purchased. guess what I’ve purchased but it says on my account page that “You have not made any purchases”. So please sort your website out and refund me one of the payments and give me access to the download as I need the plugin. Many thanks .. Ahmed

    Now I can’t even login .. would someone please answer me on what is going on??

    First, this is support for the WP Flashcard LITE plugin only. We do not support the paid version here.

    Second, the contact form on our website is working fine and does not go to a 404 page. You can use it to contact us at anytime here:

    We will look into your issue and see what can be done when we see a ticket for that plugin from you.
