• I have been billed twice for the annual Colibri subscription. I tried to contact the technical support several times and at the e-mail address [email protected], unfortunately no one has contacted me so far.
    There were bugs in the PHP 8.1 version, unfortunately in this case I also did not receive technical support. After all, I bought a paid Colibri subscription and I was still charged with the purchase of subscriptions twice.

    I believe that this is not the right attitude towards customers.

    After my intervention, I received a reply from Colibri. I hope it was just a misunderstanding that sometimes happens to everyone.
    That’s why I recommend Colibri overall as a regular customer and user, hoping that they will try to provide good service. Colibri is a recommendable platform for creating and managing WP CMS.
    Therefore, as a regular user, I am increasing my rating for Colibri anyway.

    We want to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience created by the doubled billing. We have just refunded one of them.

    As PHP 8.1 was recently released, we are still investigating the issues that can appear when upgrading from PHP 7 to 8.1. We will try to release an update to fix those incompatibilities as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using PHP 7.4 as it is still supported.

    Please let us know if you received the refund. Also, I would like to assure you that we do our best to answer all the support tickets as soon as possible, and solve the issues in less than one business day.
