I have been billed twice for the annual Colibri subscription. I tried to contact the technical support several times and at the e-mail address [email protected], unfortunately no one has contacted me so far.
There were bugs in the PHP 8.1 version, unfortunately in this case I also did not receive technical support. After all, I bought a paid Colibri subscription and I was still charged with the purchase of subscriptions twice.I believe that this is not the right attitude towards customers.
After my intervention, I received a reply from Colibri. I hope it was just a misunderstanding that sometimes happens to everyone.
That’s why I recommend Colibri overall as a regular customer and user, hoping that they will try to provide good service. Colibri is a recommendable platform for creating and managing WP CMS.
Therefore, as a regular user, I am increasing my rating for Colibri anyway.
