I have checkboxes that equal segments in MC, can this data be mapped?

    I have my list segmented based on what selections some picks from checkboxes (they can be in more than 1 segment). So for instance, they might pick What kind of animals do you like? If they select Cats and Dogs from the list I want that data added to MC as a segment (not a Tag). Can this be done?
