• With the last update, my conversion rate has tanked by half because most customers had a “forbidden” error on checkout. I have lost money and customers for couple days before I found the problem and turned off this plugin.

    This was not the first time real customers complain that they are blocked and can’t complete the checkout process. Needless to say, I have dropped this plugin in the trash can even if I paid for a year.

    I am sorry for this issue and thank for feedback.

    We have did a few changes to lower false/positive rate for eCommerce sites. Right now the rate as low as 0.05%.
