• I fixed the html and css just as I wanted, now I have no idea where to put the files. I know that may seem crazy, but I am a little new to servers. I did place the files in the area marked for my blog, but nothing changes. I am assuming that I am doing something wrong. My site is https://www.creative-synthesis.com and the folder for my blog is blog.creative-synthesis.com (all my files are in there)… Please help me figure out how to make the new documents come into effect. Thanks!

Okay- I think I know what the problem is… What are my files supposed to be named!? I am using the 2Exquisite theme. I have an image, a html page, and a css page that need to be uploaded.

Sighs, why is it when I want a simple question answered I always get referred to a page full of text about this and that…. I think that I am doing the right thing- the files are in the correct file on my server or should be. But, for whatever reason the blog is still coming up from old code…I don’t event think it’s possible that this code is from anything on my server! (I don’t have a lot of files in there and I looked around.) It has to be coming up from wordpress…and there is no way to override it that I can see!? It’s not a cache problem…or anything like that. Gah, please just tell me what is happening and if you must give me the title of the section of the page I need to read. As far as I can see you’re just supposed to place the files in your server designated for your blog and wallah your edited version comes up, but that is not working for me!

Also a simple hierarchy of folders would be nice to see. From a demo I saw they said just to put all the loose files into your blog folder- that is what I have now…

    Are you supposed to have:

    WordPress
    wc-content
    themes
    “your theme here”
    “your new files”

    instead???

Or if I need to name anything special that would be useful to know too.
