I have installed it and Activated it. Where is it?

Apparently the answer is that you go to the Developer’s tag here:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/lively-chat-support/developers/

Select the 1.0.5 version. Install then upgrade. It will then appear.

This does not give me confidence! But I will try it.

I just released version 1.0.8. I would definitely recommend upgrading. That last release snuck through the cracks and was released in a little too much of a hurry. Sorry for the wild goose chase. I would definitely recommend the new version.

I have a question… When someone wants to chat with me online. How am I notified?? Can’t seem to figure it out…

As soon as a visitor enters their name and email in the chat box and send a message, you should receive a “ding” and see a small green circle appear in the “Visitors” tab. In addition, the SMS addon allows you to send and receive these messages to your phone.

So if you purchase, you get sms, triggers, surveys, multiple agents. I see it is only $40. Is there a multiple use license price?
