I have it installed but I want to move it

Ok, I currently have my wordpress blog installed at https://blog.winnopeg.com. I’d like to move it to https://winnopeg.com without loosing all my posts and such. How would I go about doing this (without redirecting everyone to blog.winnopeg.com)?
