    Hi,

This afternoon I made a restoring point and after I installed and upgraded some plugins I decided to restore the website to my previous point (this afternoon). After a “Restore failed” I click on ‘Continue the restoring’ and after that my website has 0 plugins.

What I have to do now? I just want to restore my website to the previous point.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I can’t seem to view the log.
Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,

    Hi,

Apologies for the delay over the weekend.

“0247.957 () Error message: No podemos descomprimir el archivo. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure
    0247.957 () Error data (extract_failed_pclzip): {“name”:”plugins\/wp-table-builder\/inc\/admin\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/table\/plugin.min.js”,”size”:134004}”

It appears that the plugins.zip is corrupted. It possible that the file got corrupted during download or uploading of file. To check, please download a copy of the file and attempt to extract if there are not errors then the file must have been corrupted during upload. To fix, just re-upload the plugins.zip and re-run the restoration.

Also, the error could mean that your storage is already full or not enough. Please check on that too before redoing the restoration.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi,

I can unzip the plugins.zip without problems. What do you mean with re-upload the file? Do you mean to re-upload plugins.zip to the cloud or making another restoring point of my website? If it’s the second, I will not have the same configuration as before because I had to reinstall all plugins again and configure from 0. Is there any option to repair the original plugins.zip and restore it?

I checked the cloud service and there is no problem in cloud space.

    Thanks,
    Dani.

    Hi Dani,

Sorry, if I was not clear.

You can re-upload the backup file in the “Backup/Restore” tab. Once upload you can re-run the restoration and just select the component that is broken which in this case is the “plugins” component. Alternatively, you can manually restore the plugins.zip via FTP/cPanel File Manager. Just extract it and upload to the “wp-content” so it becomes “wp-content/plugins”.
