Check my site again. The error was due to the plugin not being able to read the wp-config file if it was placed outside the main directory.

Hi Peter. The theme I am using is not designed by me. It was purchased from themeforest.net. Doing design work for a living does not allow time for personal sites.

Many of Chetan’s fans had mistaken my site for his blog was because most were first time Internet users. I know a couple of them who asked me how to create email accounts and now they are using Facebook.

BTW, your about us link does not work. Are you still working on your website? I am reading your post https://peterclaridge.me/the-1000km-wedding-part-1. I am an Indian, but I do attend weddings rarely.
