I had some understanding problems because I use the other plugins that have influence on Funnelkit. Even when I asked the same question 2-3 times, I always got a friendly answer from Harish. The result of the answer was the same, but the way of explanation was different. To make it easier for me, I was even sent a video that he recorded himself. So he responded to me.
3 days later I had another problem and wrote to him again in the same email. I had the same experience – quick response, solution-oriented approach, responsiveness to the end consumer.
That’s what I mean by support.
