  • Hi @cliffuk,

Thanks for getting in touch–so sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with our plugin! I’d be glad to try and work through this with you and get you back on track with a functioning calendar! ??

To start things off, can you confirm that you’re running the latest version of both WordPress and The Events Calendar? We’ve pushed an update very recently to address a significant bug from a previous release, so if you experienced problems with an older release, I’d definitely recommend trying the most up-to-date one to see if your problem might be resolved, as well.

Let us know if you should have any questions, and we’ll see where we can go from here!

i have updated wordpress & your plugin to no avail. If I deactivate your plugin all is well. At the moment I am doing this to update my front page

Thanks for following up with a bit more information here! Due to the nature of the problem you’re experiencing and the fact that deactivating immediately resolves the issue, I’m concerned that a conflict with your theme or another plugin may be the source of your troubles. Would you mind taking a moment to reactivate The Events Calendar and run through the steps outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict that we can work towards addressing.

Let’s start there and see what we find!
