I have no options Nextgen gallery in my WordPress administration panel

I got Nextgen Gallery 2.1.69 running on WP 4.7.1 Ger and the Options Panel ist empty.
I already used the Reset Tool without any positive effect on it. I have no user role related plugins installed.

Any clue?
