I have problems with the plugin

I havent updated to 4.9.1 yet, but even on 4.8.9 the plugin was not working. When I put the example shortcodes on a post or page nothing happens. Its just blank? I copy-pasted the demo shortcodes on the plugin page and then changed just the category.

Can you give any more detailed instructions on how to install and use? A video would be good.

How will contacting the aliexpress support team help me?
