• Hi there

Please can someone advise me. I was in the appreance panel of my clients website and must have published something as their while site is now messed up with the theme Sierre Natural and their site is gone. I went to theme and those their one again buts its still the Sierra theme pages. I still see their pages but the theme is on them so their info is mixed.

How can I undo this? I am not sure what I did wrong.

    Thank you

    Hello there,
Have you tried to delete all themes, then upload the desired one back?

What exactly did you do? Can you remember so that you can roll back those changes?

Hi there, thank you both for the reply.

I deleted the theme and changed it back to the previous one hoping it would just restore. Some things came right but there was still a merging of the old theme with elements of the new one. It took me a while to figure it out but I know now what I did wrong. When I can trying to edit the footer I needed to delete some of the themes extra menus, the only way it seems to exit this page is to publish, I cannot see a save button anywhere. I obviously pressed publish and boom, chaos ensued. It seemed that I changed the whole menu for the site to the theme one, I was able to find the clients previous one and select it as the main menu again. Anyway, I have very slowly restored most of it, I just don’t know how to remove the extra elements from the footer and save the changes without publishing? Thank you for your reply in my panic.

Perhaps on Appearances -> Widgets section? Which is the main theme you’re using? If you are stuck, it is a good idea to ask for help directly on the support page of the theme.
