    1. I”m in Firefox or chrome
    2. When you go to the CHECKOUT PAGE you fill out all the info the click on
“I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions ”
    – when you click on the box it brings up your email program as the check box is tied to an email address
    3. So the customer can’t fill out an order now.

Note i just updated to the newest Theme but this was happening on the older theme not sure if it was tied to the last WP update that just happened

I found where there this is located
    1. Log into your WordPress Dashboard;
    2. Go to Appearance -> Customize. Yes, WooCommerce added some features there.
    3. Select WooCommerce -> Checkout The only thing in the Terms and conditions Filed is “I have read and agree to the website [terms]” As my site is 100% down due to this issue

    Update 2

If you are on a smartphone it works but on a computer it will not I have turned off maintenance mode https://beachstickers.ca/checkout/

This just started after some updates in the past week

  • I haven’t looked at it very thoroughly, but I notice that the text of your terms and conditions has broken HTML with an unclosed “mailto” link. I suspect it’s causing the whole “I have read and agreed to the website…” link to open the mail client, and that it’ll work if you edit your terms-and-conditions.

Thanks Dan I see that to

But I have not modified the THEME or code in any way..

I have the same Plugins as before.. So its either the THEME or WooCommerce causing the issue..

Just can’t figure how to resolve

Again this is what in the field

I have read and agree to the website [terms]

if i remove the words its still doesn’t work on the computer browsers only my mobile works.

This doesn’t fix your root problem, but might be worth it since people can’t check out: if you remove the “Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at [email link]” from the end of the Terms and Conditions page (https://beachstickers.ca/terms-and-conditions/), does the checkbox resume working?

    I have to set the
    Terms and conditions page
    to NO PAGE

Then it will remove the CHECKBOX and Words completely and works as it doesn’t show it anymore.

Now is this a Theme or WooCommerce issue i’m wondering

As it just links to the Terms and conditions page

I looked a bit more and there was some BAD CODE on my actual Terms and Conditions Page.
I removed it and it worked.

ODD that it would make the checkbox tied to the EMAIL
