I have saved all my WP directories from a dead server, how to get it on a new 1

Hello,

Ok so I managed to save all my folders and files from my server before it went down.
I saved all the files in the public_html (wwW) directory and I had maybe 6-8 wordpress sites.

I saved everything like the wp-admin/wp-content all the 401.html, etc..

My question is how do I install this on my new server?
When I FTP it in the public HTML and install wordpress with simple scripts it doesn’t pick up or use the files i put in the directory?

Please tell me that there is a way so I do not throw countless hours of works down the way
