I have the solutions but it dont work me. Need some help

I have a site where I want to play the live stream. The live stream link that I have is below. When I put this link this only I get an error that html5: Unsupported link etc. I read here that someone had the same error but it his solution was different. Looking at the link below can someone please help me and let me know what am I doing wrong and how can we correct it. Thanks!
